Who we are

Numeroway is operated by the Trichakra Foundation from India and serves visitors internationally. Questions go to the contact page.

What is collected and why

Names, dates of birth and business details entered into a calculator are used to compute the result and are not stored. For a report: the same inputs, an email address and a mobile number, kept with the order. Anonymous calculations are counted against a salted one-way hash of the IP address, never the address itself.

Legal basis

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where it applies, the EU and UK GDPR: contract for orders, consent for the free tools, legal obligation for payment records, legitimate interest for security logs.

Cookies

No cookies are set for browsing. Checkout and the report panel use signed tokens in the link rather than cookies. No advertising cookies are set.

Third parties

Razorpay for payment, an email provider for transactional mail, the hosting provider, and Pandit.com for product links. Each receives only what its function needs.

Retention

Order and payment records 8 years; report PDFs 365 days; contact messages 24 months; server logs with hashed IPs 90 days; report inputs with the order until deletion is requested.

Your rights

Access, correction and deletion on request from the email used at checkout. Deletion is handled within thirty days; payment records are anonymised rather than removed.
