The short version

Reports are generated on demand and are non-refundable once delivered, except where a technical fault prevented delivery. Any request is honoured within seven days of the order.

Refunded in full

The report was not delivered; generation failed; the card was charged twice; the PDF is unreadable; the order was placed for the wrong tier and not yet generated.

Not refunded

A delivered report the buyer disagrees with; inputs typed wrongly (use the free regeneration); a change of mind after download.

Calls

The Blueprint + Call tier is refundable in full until the call is booked, and for the call portion if the operator cancels.

How to ask

From the contact page with the order id. Refunds reach the original payment method within seven working days of approval: through Razorpay for payments made in rupees, through Stripe for payments made in US dollars. The refund is made in the currency that was charged.

Window: 7 days from the order.
